Makmur Dewi Auto Service is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales,Monitor and report on store performance metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry,Proven experience in managing and training staff,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies,Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting,Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
