As a Community Management Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our team to create and manage engaging content, facilitate networking events, and support our members. You’ll use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva to craft compelling posts, and you’ll have the chance to work with industry-leading HR professionals, gaining insights into the latest trends and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Facilitate networking events and workshops for our members, both online and in-person.
• Assist in the development and implementation of community engagement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite Insights.
• Support the coordination of strategic partnerships with other industry organizations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of our annual HR Leaders Network conference.
• Provide administrative support to the community management team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community management and digital engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or event coordination.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Google Analytics.
• Passion for the HR industry and a desire to connect with senior HR professionals.
