Bay Up Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of bank statements.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.,Perform data entry and analysis to support financial decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
