📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store,Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department,Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with basic computer software and retail systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Friendly and professional demeanor
