📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the store meets health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
