📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality assurance tests and inspections to ensure products and services meet established standards.,Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance best practices.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.,Report quality issues and trends to management for further action.,Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
