📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of housing development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Oversee the design and construction processes, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality, sustainable housing solutions.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and risks in the housing market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and financial institutions.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to meet project objectives and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Represent the company in industry forums and events to promote our housing development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in housing development, with a proven track record in project management and leadership.
• Certification in sustainable building practices, such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), is a plus.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment for large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and environmental standards in Pangkal Pinang.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel and work in diverse environments, including construction sites and community meetings.
