📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial activities of the team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a FAT (Financial Accounting and Tax) role, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.
• Certification in financial accounting or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
