📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and manage a portfolio of high-value wellness clients through personalized consultations and ongoing support.
• Develop and present compelling wellness programs tailored to individual client needs using tools like MyFitnessPal and Fitbit.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the wellness industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote engaging content that educates and inspires potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and motivated throughout their wellness journey.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the wellness industry through continuous learning and professional development.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in the wellness or fitness industry.
• Certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE) or a related credential is a plus.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire others.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and responsibilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
