📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
• Analyze performance data using Excel and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to create and execute performance improvement plans.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance performance management skills.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on best practices in performance management and HR analytics.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures related to performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, HR analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing performance management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with managers and employees.
• Certification in performance management or HR analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
