Human Resources Director (HRD) - Giyanti Coffee Roastery

As our Human Resources Director (HRD), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving talent acquisition, and fostering a high-performing team in the heart of Menteng, Central Jakarta.

In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and retention. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure our workforce aligns with our strategic goals, leveraging tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse for seamless HR operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support our company's growth and cultural values
• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Oversee employee development programs, including training and performance management
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and feedback
• Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the food and beverage or specialty retail industry
• Certification in HR management (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Greenhouse is a plus
