NEXA Jaya is seeking a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping employees succeed in their careers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs that align with business objectives.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
