We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at Root Glow Sentosa. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle and manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of guest information, including check-in and check-out details.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.,Monitor and manage inventory of reception area supplies and restock as needed.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry operations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
