As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, leveraging your deep understanding of the industrial sector to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
With a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per month, this role offers a unique blend of professional challenge and personal growth in a thriving international business environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector
- Manage key client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present proposals to potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector and its key players
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
