Bloom Crown Lestari is seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures.,Reviewing financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identifying risks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Maintaining and updating audit documentation and records.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior staff in audit-related tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
