📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure,Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services,Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations,Assist in organizing and managing events and meetings,Perform other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with computer software and basic office equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
