📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote store products.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing store events and promotions to boost sales.,Provide customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
