📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and address any issues.,Promote a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.
