📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide strategic legal advisory to business units
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and maintain legal documentation and records
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal professionals
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Certification in legal advisory or related field is a plus
