📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage marine construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Oversee the procurement and management of project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and final project reports.
• Participate in site inspections and quality control activities to ensure that construction work meets project specifications and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction project management, with a strong background in marine infrastructure projects.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards for marine construction in Bali is a plus.
