CV Cempaka Anggrek is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and has a strong desire to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or healthcare, and a degree in a related field is preferred. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for healthcare, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to the sales manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. pharmacy, medicine, or business).
  • Proven experience in sales or healthcare, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the pharmaceutical market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
