📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Assist in customer service and complaint resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail management is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is beneficial.
