📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies to increase product awareness and sales.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
