📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and target potential clients through various marketing channels.,Present and negotiate property listings with potential buyers.,Maintain and update the company's sales database.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry news.,Assist in the organization of property viewings and open houses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market in Makassar.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
