📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and compliance.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure thorough and accurate audits.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for audits.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff on audit best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
