📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.,Ensure all food is prepared safely and meets health and safety regulations.,Manage the kitchen staff, including delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth kitchen operations.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.
