As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing customer invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies and provide reports to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and process customer invoices using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Resolve discrepancies and provide reports to support business decisions.
- Work closely with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
