📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily operations of the coffee house, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality through regular inspections and training.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee staff training and development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or coffee industry.
