📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects using tools like Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Analyze project budgets and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to deliver projects within budget and on schedule.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project costs and progress.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and financial transactions.
• Provide support to the accounting team in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction estimation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation and project management.
• Proficiency in using construction estimation software such as EstimateOne, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
