You will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process online orders from multiple platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by working closely with sales and logistics teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports on order processing and inventory management.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, order processing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with retail management systems (RMS) such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills to handle order issues and customer complaints.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in retail operations or order processing is a plus.
