📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.
  • Oversee the logistics of ingredient and supply delivery, including inventory management and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the procurement and logistics processes.
  • Analyze and report on procurement and logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement and logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align procurement and logistics strategies with overall business goals.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement and logistics processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics best practices and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Passion for food and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
