📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented and appealing store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about new products and trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
• Passionate about fashion, trends, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
