As an HSE Staff, you'll be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing training to workers on best practices. You'll also work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Provide training and education to workers on safety best practices
• Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to maintain high safety standards
• Develop and maintain safety documentation and records
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Certification as an HSE Professional (e.g., CMI, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
