📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement data transformation strategies to enhance data quality and usability.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using tools like Talend, Informatica, or similar ETL/ELT platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless integration of data sources.
• Monitor and optimize data transformation processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Conduct data profiling and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on data transformation best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data transformation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data transformation, ETL/ELT, or similar roles.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and database management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Certifications in data transformation tools like Talend, Informatica, or similar are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
